Once A Month Cooking

I've talked about this for so long! I read other great blogs that post about cooking once a month and share their recipes.
I get so busy that I'm sad to admit there are days I look at the clock and its just about dinner time and I have nothing planned! So I run around like a crazy person trying to throw something together for my family. NOT the way I want to be!!! I want to take the time to plan our menu, shop for needed items and have a big cooking day with my kids! I really think that sounds like fun! Then when I have one of "those" days I can pull something out of my freezer.
So thats my goal, this summer I will pick a day or two or ... And we will plan and cook!
Now I need some good freezer recipes!!
