This review is a perfect fit for our family. We are BIG ocean/beach lovers! My husband and I were married on the beach, we vacation there several times a year AND a couple years ago we had family members move to the beaches in Delaware so we are able to as often as we like.
My kids love to learn about the ocean and sea life. One of our favorite things to do while we are at the beach is boating. One of our last boat trips we saw several dolphins, a sea turtle and three of my kids caught some good sized fish and crabs.

We have watched Who Lives In The Sea countless times since given this DVD to review. All my kids have enjoyed watching it, especially my 3, 5 and 6 year olds. My 6 year old Avarie has really learned so much. She loves to share what she has learned with her Grandparents that live by the sea and it has made our boat trips with them more like field trips.
Made to accompany the DVDs are two Educator Guides. One for grades Pre-K & K and grades 1-3. Each is over 300 pages!! They are perfect for home or school use and very much like a unit study as they include Math, English, Science, Geography, Music, and much more! These guides are full of fun activities.
The Educator Guides also have lesson plans for each chapter that offer book lists, websites, ocean vocab, discussion questions, environment tips, and character education.
